I WAS doing so well and then........I just lost all control. Funonions,they are not so funny at 400+Cal "yes I ate them all" Like a junky I wanted more and I wanted to wash it down with a huge glass of POP. I didnt have the pop, BUT I WANTED IT badley. Tuesdays I cant workout because I have to work, (at a bar that has lots of food and endless POP) How do I stop eatting so bad on tuesdays??? Why do I feel I have to eat when Im at work? I ate over 2000cal for the first time I joined FS. And If I cant handle tuesday how the heck am I going to handle Thanksgiving and christmas? HELP HELP HELP total out of control,AGAIN.

I used hit the same temptation all the time! Only I work in an office so not only was I consuming an insane amount of calories at work, I was also sitting on my butt with no chance of burning any of them off! What helped me was always having chewing gum handy, drinking tons of water to make myself feel full, and as weird as this sounds, brushing my teeth A LOT. I know that sounds ridiculous but for some reason the thought of mixing the taste of toothpaste with my food was enough to make me second guess taking that bite. Eventually I was ignoring the food and soda enough that I got used to not having a bite every chance I got. Mind over Matter!!! :)
