Most people will tell you know...but I struggle with wanting to weigh in all the time too. I don't think it is a bad thing to have more information. There are daily fluctuations that can be frustrating.....for example I tend to be a couple pounds up after a hard workout (if i am sore)..but then see all that and then some go away a couple days later. I say go for it..as long as it doesn't mess with your ability to see the big picture

No it doesn't :) .. As a matter a fact it helps me to learn what different foods do to my weight, and keeps me reminded to make healthy choices
