Today I graduated with distinction as a Masters of Public Policy and Public Administration, so I allowed myself a little wine and a little treat. While I enjoyed having them, I feel a little nauseous no and regret the decision. In addition, while I have tried to work out every day of the week, i have been experiencing very chapped lips and sore kidneys; I`m experiencing dehydration and should probably spend the day flushing out my system and drinking plenty of water. I will make up for it tomorrow. Promise.
