Sunrise's Journal, 22 November 2011

I went to the Patriot's game last night. I had VIP Club Suite tickets so it was a lot of fun. There was SO much food. I'm happy to report that I did pretty well. I filled my plate with fresh veggies and then just has a small taste of a few of the dinner items. My calorie intake was definitely higher than normal, but overall I am pleased with how well I survived the buffet!

Went for a nice long walk this morning before work and I feel energized and ready to tackle my 20 pounds in 40 days challenge even in the midst of Thanksgiving week!
