SO I havent been keeping track of my foods on here, and I really should. I have been following the weight watchers diet and have been putting my foods in on that sight. its been going really well and I am down almost 20 lbs now from where I started. I have been feeling much better about losing weight.
271.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 136.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
