I'm finally exercising again! Woo hoo!

I did 3 miles of WATP yesterday (1 mile in the a.m. to see if I could stand it followed by a 2 mile WATP session yesterday p.m.). Today, I did the 3 mile WATP with ab belt all in one session. The "worse" knee feels OK and the "bad" knee is tweaking (mis-stepped twice and I am feeling the results). Can't wait for the "bad" knee to get the treatment (mid-December) that the "worse" knee received last week.

I've been OP, with food, except for 2 meals for nearly 3 weeks. Thursday night, I went way overboard with a double cheeseburger and fries at Denny's (it was worth every stinking extra calorie). Yesterday, I thought I was being pretty good at Applebee's - shared a 2/$20 with DH. I had the Oriental Chicken Salad with grilled chicken. Sounds good, healthy, and reasonable, right? NOT - with dressing that salad had about 1290 calories (not to mention how much fat) according to the nutritionals listed on Applebee's web site.

I've been OP today. Enjoying a 100-calorie bag of popcorn right now so I won't get something bad from the kitchen.
