monday weigh in was taking a chance.. weekend was spent wtih family and friends and lots of food i had one day of complete clean eating before this weigh in.. .5 cup oatmeal with 1 serving of pb2 cinnamon and coffee bag of broccoli and low cal hummus and guac and for dinner vegetables no pasta lasagna with 2.25 ounces of low cal trader joes moz cheese for dessert one pint of artic zone with pb2 and no cal syrup and dollop of whip cream this passed week i have not been able to attend as much yoga so i am not upset with this weigh in. before exercise after coffee waterbefore needing to pump
