winter is coming i hope i can keep the faith went riding in the cold thursday 22degrees it hurt i am up now since 5:30am getting caffiened up for my morning ride today awesome weather 53degrees i only have 7 #s till my new goal weight updated it to 165#'s then it is on to getting muscle pumped in legs so i can get some speed on this bike and maintain , maintain , maintain !!! remembering always there is no victory without sacrifice !!!!
