Welcome! I'm 67, retired and right now weigh about 213. When I started on July 2nd I weighed 230 so things are going well. There are some very supportive people on this site so you'll get a lot of encouragement. Right now I have my goal weight set at 145, but I think in the end 135 might be better. Time will tell. What I love here is if you have questions, your weight doesn't always go the way you want (and it won't) you can ask away and get encouragement. It makes the difference between sticking to your plan and giving up. Good luck.
