Yesterday was the first day that I started working on myself. I have been trying to do this the right way but sometimes it is not easy. My goal will be to eat before 7 pm and let my body adjust but that will take dedication. I'm happy to be taking this journey just for myself. I am not asking for anyone's opinion or outlook. I am going to lose 123 pounds with the grace of God. I am going to work this out nice and slow so that I get see my results. I will not get surgery of any kind to lose weight I am healthy with no problems so I won't start giving myself problems now at 34 years old. This will not be easy but I am determine. I have thought about surgery for to long because so many family member have got it done. I respect them and love them but this is my journey not theirs. So congrats to everyone here and goodnight.
