PIGGED out on pizza last night! Dang. I got the lowest calorie pizza they offered but still...it was pizza! This is what I've decided, when I go too low on my calories one day, the next day I can not seem to get full. BS? Maybe, but I'm going with it. The bright spot, and you really gotta look long and hard to find one here, is that I documented it on my food journal. I chose to use honestly as a user name so that I would be reminded daily to be honest. Only lying to myself anyway. Good or bad I can "honestly" say that if its touched my mouth, it is on my food journal. I did think about leaving that last peice of pizza off though. It'd of been even better if I just hadn't eatten it in the first place. Still, the sun came out today and the earth seems to still be rotating on its axis so some extra time on treadmill(ugh) will have to balance things out. Fingers crossed. Weigh in tomorrow will show the damage if any. I have nothing to hang my head about. I've made this committment and pizza or not I've been doing better than I ever expected to, and lasted longer. I am doing this. Prayers welcome however on the exercise portion of this weight loss journey! Forward Motion!
