So, Christmas is over. Thank goodness! I gained a little, so if they lasted any longer, the damage would have been worse!! Off to the gym. Motivation is the hardest part. Im leaving for vacation soon though and would like to get some energy & feel better about myself by then. Went to the gym, feel better. did an ok job about eating better. Got a bit of a sweet tooth this afternoon, but just sucked on a hard cinnamon candy to get rid of it.
