On holiday for a couple of weeks and it's been really tough seeing friends and relatives, and abstaining from alcohol and food. Weight still coming down, have been shooting to break 20 stone, and I finally saw the magic number this morning. I wish that i could celebrate with a stack of popadoms, onion bahgees, chicken time masala and a nan bread, but had to settle for a couple of shakes and a watery vegetable soup. Roll on 6 weeks time, and I reach the end of this plan!
