Day 3 and I seem to be enjoying the food log and exerciese log. Its nice to know when to stop eating and what to choose to eat and not to eat. I notice that that Fat content in the food I choose is high,"I think" so that is something I going to look at more closely. I love my exercise class. I took a double class last week. I thought I was going to die. Tossing around 224lb is alot of work. Hate jumping jacks!!!!
