hi everyone. just trying to figure out how to use the app. I gained a lot of weight after a trauma and am now working my butt off to loss it all! I have my first weight lifting competition in december and need to be at 220# wish me luck

Thanks all! I'm down another half pound today! I am currently in a walking cast from an injury that occurred during a 5k so I haven't been able to get to the gym as usual. I can't wait to see the results when I begin to work the iron again!
