Food:
Breakfast-- 2 boiled eggs
Lunch-- 2 chicken fajitas, rice, salad, strawberries
Snack-- trail mix, pita chips, hummus
Dinner-- PB, toast, banana, yogurt, milk

Exercise:
Elliptical-- 400 cal
Treadmill-- 100 cal

Feel like I'm getting back into the swing of things!
