I have started working out before work and I tried really hard to get in about 50 minutes of cardio on either the treadmill, bike, or elipitcal machine. Also, I include a few weight excercises, abs and streches. I feel better about myself but I will say that my weight gain has dramatic in over a year I have gained a whooping 20 pounds. I use to excercise everyday during the weight at my former local workplace gym taking classes such as zumba, spinning, step, etc. I can still take these classes at my paid gym a few miles away but I havent been able to motivate myself to get out of the house late at night 730 or on Saturday morning. I need to find this motivation to really push myself because I can not do this alone. The morning workout rountine is not enough and I feel really defeated. Also, I am seeking the will to go on a diet I have never been on a diet and lack real willpower to follow through. I know I am results driven so as soon as I see the weight dropping I know I will be able to stick to it.
