KFC chicken is what the family wanted for lunch. I did well, stayd away from the mashpotatos, had cole slaw though,1 grilled chicken breast. In the past I would of had extra chrispy 3pices of chicken and the whole thing of mashtaters and a cole slaw. I had the right portion of cole slaw. Its hard not to eat like I WANT,....but I am eatting the was I want NOW. Lots of water.
