Went to HuHot for lunch with friends from work. It wasn't as many calories as I thought so I'm happy about that. Also did my pushup and situp test to see how many I can do. I'm at 10 pushups and 10 situps which is pathetic compared to the 100 and 200 I used to be able to do but at least I have a baseline.

The new watch with the heart rate monitor is really nice to have. My last bike ride was right in the fat burning zone. It's nice to see where I'm at so I know if I need to push myself harder. It's good instant motivation.
