Overdid the carbs a bit yesterday, but at least it was fruit and veggies that did it. I couldn't resist the cantaloupe that I bought! It was so sweet and refreshing! I also find myself hungrier during TOM. Still feeling kinda wretched from tummy troubles though. I am wondering if I have acquired a sensitivity to berries. I quit eating raspberries a while back because of a terrible and sudden reaction after eating them. Thought it was pesticides that I didn't wash off well enough. But last night had a similar reaction to just a few blueberries. I will be bummed if I get to the point of not being able to eat fruit.

I love cantaloupe and watermelon too. Tend to overdo the carbs when I have those in the house. I rationalise it by saying while higher in carbs, they are not junk foods or candies.
