I think the defining point in my weight loss journey now vs the past
is that it feels natural to get back on the horse, so to speak.

After making quite a few mistakes this weekend, today is a fresh start.
I am heading to they gym after work to stretch and exercise, and to
maintain my promise to myself that I will lose weight, feel better about myself, and keep those lbs off.

I have a few days until my weigh in day, so fingers crossed that the damage is not that bad!

Here is to slow and steady progress, and hopefully a more slender me that i can be proud of.

I find that it helps to log everything. Even the goofs. When you look back, you can see if it was worth the decisions at the time. There are no mistakes, just learning experiences. ;)
