Really gotta bear down this week. My goal is 4lbs minimum this week. May be setting myself up but I sooo want to get under 300lbs this week. In my head that's the promised land. My fear, I will settle for that. This is a big deal for me. Once I reach it, I have to be really strong to continue. I have so much more to lose but under 300 is going to really give me a boost,(I hope in the right direction). I think I've given this too much weight(punn intended). Sadly, I can't tell others cause until I'm significantly under 300 I don't want anyone in my life to know I was over 300. As if by looking at me they couldn't tell for themselves. So...I'm going to eat breakfast everyday. Drink my 64oz of water. Eat veggies. Exercise at least every other day. Getting some motivation back after a stagnate last two weeks. Fingers crossed. Forward Motion.
