I have had some success with Intermittent Fasting. I fast from the time I wake up until sometime after noon. I drink tea to help control my appetite while fasting. Caffeine is an appetite suppressant.
The fasting part of the regimen is the easier part of the program for me. I have heard that Intermittent Fasting has health benefits in addition to weight loss. I hope so! I had a blood test at my doctor's office shortly after I began my program of Intermittent Fasting and High Intensity Training for exercise. I saw improvement in my cholesterol levels. My biggest problem with Intermittent Fasting is binge eating when I finally do eat. I have heard I can use fruit to break my fast and help limit my hunger. I hope this idea works, but I am interested in any other suggestions others may have to improve my intermittent fasting!
