I have decided to do the Body By Vi Weight Loss System. I started today and after I drank my shake for lunch I have not been hungry since. I think this will help my diet and its low carb and still do a low carb supper. I think this will work out good and walk on the treadmill 1 mile a day and every week go up a week until I reach 4 miles a day, and drink 2 shakes a day. I think I am going in the right direction, and I hope to start seeing some results soon. The best part the shakes taste like cake batter. They are not hard to drink at all, the atkins shakes are hard to drink for me sometimes.
