1410 kcal Fat: 60.94g | Prot: 53.91g | Carb: 158.01g.   Breakfast: Kellogg's All Bran Hi-Fibre, Sweetened Almond Milk, Nestle Ricoffy, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Sugar. Lunch: Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls. Dinner: Sliced Ham, Cheddar Cheese, Butter, Albany Brown Bread. Snacks/Other: Woolworths Milktart & Custard Pud in Pot, Strawberries, Nestle Tex Mini, Fruit Yoghurt (Lowfat, 9g Protein Per 8oz). more...
