Been a while since I have logged anything. Haven't worked out in almost a month and have started backsliding on my diet. Stress of losing my job and having 2 huge unexpected bills come up is really what I wanna blame my slacking on but enough is enough. Even though I'm still SLOWLY losing weight it's time to get back at it and start feeling good again. Logging my foods and most importantly Zumba!!
