Forced myself onto the treadmill tonight. I feel heavy. Scared I've gained weight. Haven't "cheated" with my food. I have had sweets in the last couple weeks that I hadn't before. Birthday cake at my son's birthday party. I accept that. It was a birthday party, I made the cake and I can have a piece of it. I do still live in the real world. I am aware of portion control and moderation. I don't believe that a piece of birthday cake has thrown over the edge. I'm just worried cause I feel heavy. Of course I've been "heavy" for years but lately I have felt pretty good. I've felt thinner. Today, I feel heavy. I think the lack of exercise has caught up with me. Will make the effort at least every other day. I sooo want to get under 300lbs by Thanksgiving! If I go up this weight in I will have no one to blame but myself. Ugh...fingers crossed, butt on the treadmill. I have til Sat.am.
