After Two weeks of doing Yogalates, I'm all sore, even my bum hurts. But I can see the progress, I'm more tone & lean and I walk with the right posture. The best part is my appetite changed. I eat when hungry and stop when I'm full. And I make sure I eat sumthing every 3 hours, to prevent me from reaching for the chocolates!!
