yes I have not weighed in for a while. made bad choices, poped up to 274, reanalyed food and cut back on dairy and trying to add more fat everywhere.
planning on going on an overnight hike and it is becomming a challenge planning the food. my plan is to fit it all in a bento box I got at world market but this may not be a viable solution. other challenge... my bulletproof coffee and packing fats. I have a couple of ideas just have to text them first.
any suggestions would be helpful.
