Went off of Atkins to make Eric's cake as planned, my pumpkin bread cheat messed me up as far as cheats go. I was off plan a total of 4 days, Made the cakes Thur night, only "cheat" was the cake batter. Friday had an egg roll and side salad for lunch, was doing low cal ok, then Kara came over and we had chips, frosting, guacamole, and curly fries. total pig out time! By sat. i was thoroughly sick but was still dipping into the frosting, also finished off the chips for breakfast with a side of JB cheesecake and a McDs double cheeseburger (with bun) for dinner with a spinach shrimp & cranberry salad. Sunday came along and i was up to 162 and feeling horrible! The Cake turned out amazing! That part was well worth it. For the next cake decorating extravaganza I have now found a frosting recipe that i like, so next time there will be no need for taste tests. The chinese food at the buffet was horrible, went back to moms and ate a ton of cake it was delicious! It's Monday now and im at Dads and back on my Atkins plan. Should feel better in the next 2 days. No more cheats for me! Im doing good, Dad has a huge bowl of left over halloween candy, ive been tempted since its only day 1 back on but im sticking to it and havent touched it! Hoping to have a cheat free Thanksgiving, I deserve it.
