Even though I've lost a couple of pounds, I get annoyed at myself for falling off my FS app. I didn't realize it's been almost two months. Had I stuck with it, I'm sure by now I would've reached my original goal. ugh.

Glad you are buying back in. Focusing on "could have" and "should have" takes up a lot of energy sometimes. But on the other end of the spectrum I think we don't have to dismiss choices that we regret because we want to feel better. Maybe take a deep breath and reflect on what you stumbled with and consider direction for today. I believe to learn from them is a mark of wisdom and can aid with avoiding the same mis-takes.
