well started off great and went a little overboard tonight
bfast: protein smoothie
lunch: okonomikyaki
snack: ~1 serving carrots w/ 2 servings cilantro jalapeno hummus
snack: .25 oz pistachios, 1/2 chicken nugget, 1T sunflower seeds, large latte w/ almond milk and 2%milk
dinner: 6.8oz steak, 1T steak sauce (only bc the steak was overcooked), 1/2 large sweet potato with butter and whole grain dijon mustard), 1C spring mix w/ cucumber, red bell pepper, onions and homemade carrot ginger dressing
dessert: 1/2 mint chocolate cliff bar
1 lactation tea
already finished 72oz of water and working on another 24... will def finish before bed = 96oz for the day
so even though I over did it tonight, I did manage to avoid any wine which i really really really b/c it has been a stressful evening
