Exactly 5 months today since I embarked on this journey, and I am sooo glad I found the determination to start it!! And the more results I see, the more determined I am to keep going and reach my first big goal.

I knew that I could not hide behind the same old lame excuses if I wanted to have lasting and strong results: there is no way around it: EXERCISE is the key; serious exercising and a healthy diet.

In summary: to date, I have lost 10 kilos and several inches, dropped from dress size 14 US (UK 16 / France 44) to size 8-10 US (UK 10-12 / France 38-40). Feeling much, much fitter and healthier.

FS has helped me so much in keeping my motivation; not cheating (diet & food calendars are great tools!) and finding loads of tips and challenges to keep me focused;

I still have 3 kilos to lose to reach my goal. I'll keep going at the same pace, doing exactly what I have been doing for the past 5 months, and within 2 or 3 months, I hope to write another entry of this kind here. And get my pic taken in a catwoman suit :-)
