Well...this isnt surprising. Food hasnt been brilliant and I blame licorice...soft yummy fresh...an entire packet in 2 days. Plus some extra outings involving red wine.
I am actually ok with this. Its great to know that a off week cannot put on the amount of weight I have lost.
This is life and I am living it. Fun times and quiet times.
Hope everyone is smiling.😊😊😊😊

I hope that the licorice didn't send you running to the toilet too much. Hehe! It's great that you can have a bit of fun for the week and not be punished. Congrats!

Yeah the red ones they sell at Coles(maybe Woolies & Aldi). They are the Coles brand or RJ's brand and they're raspberry or strawberry flavored. Soft, chewy and yummy ;) I think they make a black version too which from memory is a herbal type.
ps: Sorry, its probably not a good idea mentioning all these foods. Some people might get curious to try lolz

So true Jane and great attitude... I too get the worry that if I relax I will gain everything back. Nice to know it isn't true!
