I just ate the healthiest meal I've ever had & now I see why people who eat healthy are skinny. The brown rice I ate had NO taste, but the chiken was AWESOME. My whole family had to suffer thru that meal with me...my poor husband just glared at me as he ate.

UH! I know what you mean about brown rice! I prefer wild rice, at least it's got some flavor!
When I cook brown rice, I cook it in vegetable broth, which gives it a nice flavor - or you could use chicken broth, since that was your main dish.
