So I am hitting it back hard and will pretty much be trying to do Induction for the next two weeks. My calories are way more than what I would want for today, BUT my carbs are where they should be and that is good.
Hubby came home early from work....he is sick....so not sure that I will make the gym. I am going to try. Maybe I can get him to go to the steam room and sweat some.
