Danced for about 35 minutes yesterday. I have to add that to my routine since I walk less at the park. I imagine I am burning about 1200 or so calories in just exercising a day. About 850 walk/jogging and the rest when I dance. I just have to keep the calorie intake down.

4.23 miles
I'll add jumping rope as soon as I can locate the jumprope. I hear that is a really good exercise to do.
