I woke up late today and ALMOST skipped breakfast, but then decided it wasn't worth it to skip. My breakfast is so quick and easy to make. I did have to rush to eat it a little bit, but skipping brkfst can be a disaster for me! I cooked roast for dinner, it turned out pretty good. Almost over cooked, but not quite. It was close! Whitefish for dinner tomorrow. I really love that I can preplan and print out my menu for the next day, even though I usually end up changing some things around, but I always put in the tracker at the end of the night exactly what I had. I'm excited to weigh myself on Saturday, I hope I am in the 240's by then!
