Not a bad loss this week. Only another 19.8 pounds to get back to where I was before I went on my mad binge for a few weeks. That's the price you pay I guess. Still haven't been able to get into the pool for exercise. Finally got it clean and then first the weather was too cold and then it rained most of last week. Hopefully summer is now here and I can start getting some exercise this week. Determined to hit goal before the end of the year. Hope all are doing well.
