Its Funny I am not even working out or doing cardio, I am just not eating meat or pop or sugar filled fruit juices, I have a cheat meal once a week and that is enough to fill that meat/sugar tooth.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
