Well, I fell short of my goal for this challenge, but still lost 7 lb which is more than I would have if not trying. I could list all my excuses for falling short such as my dog developing a leg cancer which required an amputation (OMG!) and our total plumbing disaster with septic system failure... but it's ALWAYS SOMETHING! I will take a deep breath and pick up another challenge and keep on keeping on until I get to my final goal.

Stress works against fat loss. That said, you did wonderfully well. You live through some challenging time and lost weight. Not bad.
