Wow, made it through the detox stage and I have to say I feel great. After the 3rd day every thing just flowed and became habit, I was excited about the whole process. I am so glad that I am on my way to eating and living a healthy life. Even my family enjoys our new healthy ways. I have decided not to let caffeine back into my life, I just don't need it. I will also continue the oatmeal for breakfast because I enjoy it and the same with salad for lunch. I feel great and look forward to following the rest of the plan and continuing small changes that will lead to a healthier life.
