the hamburgers that were eaten today were eaten with no bun. so the total nc count should be lessened by about 40nc. I got this info for the semseme bun off of mcdonalds website it was 20nc just for the bun. Today was a crazy day.. no sleep. I had breakfast around 9am after getting off at 6am. I had some skins around 4am and the rest of the bag after 12pm. I then got home went to sleep around 2 got up at 6pm rushed out of the house at 8pm, grabbed my very fattening dinner. TBC on tomorrows blog as it is a new day after 12 am which is where we are now..
