Good morning buddies,
I'm sooo ready for the long weekend. My sister's family is visiting from out of state, so I skipped my workout last night to spend time with them. My calories were very low, which is not a good thing. I'm going to eat a bit more today, and walk the stairs at the office during my lunch hour. I've decided to focus more on my exercise since my diet is good most of the time.
We are going to a BBQ at my dad's on Saturday, so I will do my best to behave. Being a vegetarian, there usually isn't a lot of temptation for me, LOL.
