Eating out at McDonald's is truly going to be the death of me! A week of McChicken sandwiches, fries, and frappes has me 1 pound heavier than I was last week.
273.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Try McDonald's oatmeal with fruit. It is really good and filling...and they serve it all day! Hope you like it!

I'll have to try that, thanks! After calculating my weight gain and how much money I spent on it, I think I'll be packing my lunch this coming week. I know I'm going to see a difference in my pocketbook but I want to see if I see a difference in my waist line, too.
