Going to set some mini goals for myself. I need to be accountable so I am making them formal and public. 1. Get under 300 lbs by Thanksgiving. 2. Get into old jeans by Nov. 12th 3. No less than 20 min workouts 6 days a week. 4. Increase exercise routine to 30 min. by end of Nov.
I need to have goals and need to be working towards something that challenges but is also achievable. This plan is designed for success. I want to allow myself the opportunity to be proud of myself and my accomplishments. Baby steps to believing in me and loving myself. Both necessary tools to a better, healthier me. I am doing this. Forward motion.
