After 18 days on vacation of eating and drinking with no restrains this is the result. Today, I will start regiment again to get back. I thought the damage wouldbe worse than reality.
229.7 lb Lost so far: 50.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
