Honestly's Journal, 28 October 2011

See the doctor Monday for my weight in there. I am nervously excited. Will know tomorrow which one I am more, nervous or excited. I do my own weight in tomorrow morning. Ive done well this week but always feel I could/should be exercising longer. I committed to at least 15lbs with the doc and its been 25 since my last visit so I have that going for me. Would love to show off and make it an even 30 so tomorrows weight in will tell me how hard I need to push it the rest of the weekend. Still happy with my progress but sometimes I just loose interest. The food part is going well but it's the exercising that I struggle with. Not in the "mood" most days. But isn't that how I got this figure in the first place. Fortunately, I'm not waiting for the mood to strike me. I need to get on the treadmill for now cause I'm having pizza hut tonight for the first time in about 3months. Forward motion.

Good luck on Monday. You should strut girl. Your doing great! Mmmmmm pizza. I haven't had pizza in so long I think I've forgotten what it taste like.
