Good afternoon buddies!
Not a lot to say, except that I'm very happily back to working out daily. Yesterday, I did an hour-long mix of kickboxing with the focus on abs. Today will be 30 minutes kickboxing followed by 30 minutes of Barre.
My diet is still good, but I am trying to cut back on snacks. My snacks are generally healthy, but I need to try drinking water when I feel hungry since I know I tend to be dehydrated.

Hi VJ, I always feel exhausted just reading your workout details, LOL It sounds like you are doing well and focussed. Your meals sound delicious. Its a shame theres not as much choice here. I certainly need to drink more. All too often the day had gone and all my good intentions went with it....

Hi Rindaloo, LOL, It's always a challenge just to make it through a workout :) I am trying to stay focused, but it's hard on the really busy days. Sadly, my good intentions go unrealized a lot of the time
