16 weeks of movement... trying 3x a week legs and a couple days of mild yoga. can't do uppder body due to shoulder injury. Cut out quest bars and snacking late the last 2 weeks and finally dropped 2 lbs. Quest bars daily were surely stalling me.
134.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
